ADVERTISING GAMBLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer’s participation in the Program is subject at all times to its acceptance of and compliance with the Terms and these additional Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions (the “Gambling Terms”). A defined term used in these Gambling Terms, which is not defined herein, shall have the same meaning set forth in the Terms.
1. Customer further warrants, represents, and undertakes that: (a) all Gambling Advertisements will comply with all Applicable Laws and with the terms of the gambling license, registration, or other authorization (the "Gambling License") which Customer is subject to (and will send a copy of such License to X); and (b) with respect to Customer’s gambling activities, Customer will encourage responsible gambling by including messages that invite players to play conscientiously for the primary purpose of entertainment, or any other messages as may be required by Applicable Laws; will not invite, encourage, or permit underage users to gamble and will maintain appropriate age verification systems and procedures, including but not limited to: i. warning potential end users that underage gambling is an offence; ii. requiring end users to affirm that they are of legal age; iii. regularly reviewing its age verification systems; and iv. ensuring that relevant staff are properly trained in the use of age verification systems.
2. For X’s ad formats and promotional surfaces that are not targeted to specific users, such as Promoted Spotlight and X’s Shopping Products, Customer understands that X currently does not offer an age gating capability on these products (and further warrants, represents and undertakes that all Gambling Advertisements shall nonetheless remain compliant with applicable laws). X does not endorse nor support any actions in which the material on this product is used for purposes that extend beyond any applicable laws.
3. For the ad formats Timeline Takeover, Trend Takeover and Trend Takeover+, Customer understands that X currently does not offer an age gating or an in-country geo gating capability for these products, and Customer further warrants, represents and undertakes that all Gambling Advertisements shall nonetheless remain compliant with Applicable Laws and subject to the Gambling License. X does not endorse nor support any actions in which the material on this product is used for purposes that extend beyond the Gambling License to which Customer is subject to and/or any Applicable Laws. 4. If the Gambling License is terminated, Customer must immediately inform X and remove all Gambling Advertisements from the Program.
5. If the Gambling License is amended in any way, Customer must immediately inform X and send an updated copy of the license as soon as possible, together with an explanation of the changes in so far as they relate to the lawful advertising of Customer’s gambling activities.
6. Customer must inform X immediately if Customer becomes the subject of any investigation or ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory authority, or any industry regulatory body, that may be relevant to the Gambling Advertisements.
7. Customer is currently permitted to display Gambling Advertisements only within Canada and to the extent permitted by its Gambling License and Applicable Laws. If Customer attempts to set its account to target other jurisdictions, without prejudice to any other remedies that X may have, X may terminate Customer’s account immediately.
8. Customer shall indemnify and defend X, its agents, affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees and partners ("X Indemnified Persons") from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and settlement amounts (including legal fees and costs) incurred by any X Indemnified Person(s) arising out of Customer’s or Customer’s agent’s breach of these Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions. 9. No binding agreement is entered into until such time as X notifies Customer that its application has been accepted. X reserves the right to terminate the Gambling Advertisements at any time in accordance with its rights set out in the Terms, or if it otherwise decides to no longer include gambling advertisements as part of the Program.

X ADVERTISING ONLINE GAMBLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ARGENTINA Customer’s participation in the Program is subject at all times to its acceptance of and compliance with the Terms and these Advertising Online Gambling Terms and Conditions (the “Online Gambling Terms”). A defined term used in these Online Gambling Terms, which is not defined herein, shall have the same meaning set forth in the General Terms. “Online Gambling Advertisements” mean any advertisements including Online Gambling products and/or services (as defined below) submitted to the Program by Customer pursuant to these Advertising Online Gambling Terms and Conditions. 1. Customer further warrants, represents, and undertakes that: (a) all Online Gambling Advertisements shall obtain and comply with the terms of the Online Gambling license of which Customer is subject to and all applicable laws and regulations, in each of the Argentinean Province or Municipality (the “State”) where the Customer plans to launch its online products and services; (b) these Advertising Online Gambling Terms and Conditions will apply to any game of chance (where the participants generally cannot exercise dominant influence) that is played remotely through any electronic means of communication (the "Online Gambling"); and (c) with respect to Customer’s products, Customer will comply with the Code of Good Practices for Responsible Advertising of Games of Chance Online in Argentina issued by the Argentine State Lottery Association. In particular, Customer warrants and guarantees that all Online Gambling Advertisements shall not: (i) use language or other means that call for irresponsible behavior or for impulsive or irresponsible participation in an Online Game; (ii) encourage excessive participation; (iii) promote behavior that objectively leads to financial loss; (iv) use language or other means that exhibit, condone and/or encourage anti-social or criminal behavior; (v) explicitly appeal to greed, and (vi) use merchandising, cartoon characters, superheroes or other fictional characters or figure that specifically target minors and young adults. 2. For the ad formats Trend Takeover and Trend Takeover+, Customer understands that X currently does not offer an age gating capability on these products (and further warrants, represents and undertakes that all Online Gambling Advertisements shall nonetheless remain compliant with applicable laws of each State and subject to the Online Gambling License). X does not endorse nor support any actions in which the material on this product is used for purposes that extend beyond the Online Gambling License to which Customer is subject to and/or any other applicable laws. If an Online Gambling License is terminated in all or in one State, Customers must immediately inform X and remove all Online Gambling Advertisements from the Program. 4. If all or any of the Online Gambling License is amended in any way, Customer must immediately inform X and send an updated copy of the license as soon as possible, together with an explanation of the changes in so far as they relate to the advertising of Customer’s Online Gambling activities lawfully in the applicable State. 5. Customer must inform X immediately if it becomes the subject of any ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory authority, or any industry body, that may be relevant to the Online Gambling Advertisements. 6. Customers are currently only permitted to display Online Gambling Advertisements within the States included in Annex I. If Customer attempts to set its account to target other jurisdictions without a license, without prejudice to any other remedies that X may have, X may terminate Customer’s account immediately. 7. TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE PUBLICIDAD DE JUEGOS ONLINE DE X EN ARGENTINA La participación del Cliente en el Programa está sujeta en todo momento a su aceptación y cumplimiento de los Términos, así como de estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos Online (los "Términos de Juegos Online "). Un término definido y utilizado en estos Términos de Juegos Online, que no se defina en este documento, tendrá el mismo significado establecido en los Términos Generales de Publicidad. "Publicidad de Juegos Online " significa cualquier anuncio de productos y/o servicios de juegos online (como se define a continuación), enviadas al Programa por el Cliente de conformidad con estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos Online. 1. El Cliente declara y garantiza que: (a) toda la Publicidad de Juegos Online obtendrá y cumplirá con los términos de la licencia a la que el Cliente está sujeto y con todas las leyes y regulaciones y códigos de cada Provincia o Municipalidad argentina (la Jurisdicción”) donde el Cliente provea sus productos y servicios de Juegos Online (la "Licencia de Juegos Online"); (b) estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos Online se aplicarán a cualquier juego de azar (donde los participantes generalmente no puedan ejercer una influencia dominante) que se juegue de forma remota a través de cualquier medio electrónico (el "Juego Online"); y (c) con respecto a los productos del Cliente, el Cliente cumplirá con el Código de Buena Prácticas para la Publicidad Responsable de Juegos de Azar Online en Argentina emitido por la Asociación de Loterías, Quinielas y Casinos de Argentina. En particular, el Cliente garantiza que todos "Publicidad de Juegos Online no deberán: (i) usar lenguaje u otros actos que inviten a un comportamiento irresponsable o una participación impetuosa o irresponsable en un Juego Online; (ii) fomentar la participación excesiva; (iii) promover un comportamiento que objetivamente conduzca a pérdidas financieras; (iv) usar lenguaje u otros actos que exhiban, aprueben y/o fomenten el comportamiento antisocial o criminal; (v) apelar explícitamente a la necesidades de los usuarios, y (vi) usar merchandising, personajes de dibujos animados, superhéroes u otros personajes o figuras ficticias con el fin de atraer a usuarios menores de edad y adultos jóvenes. 2. Para los formatos de anuncio Trend Takeover y Trend Takeover+, el Cliente entiende que X actualmente no ofrece una función de verificación de edad en estos productos (y además garantiza, declara y se compromete a que toda la Publicidad de Juegos Online seguirá cumpliendo con las leyes aplicables de cada Jurisdiccion y sujeta a la Licencia de Juegos Online). X no respalda ni apoya ninguna acción en la que el material de este producto se utilice para fines que se extiendan más allá de la Licencia de Juegos Online a la que el Cliente está sujeto y/o cualquier otra ley aplicable. Si se cancela una o todas las Licencias de Juegos Online, el Cliente debe informar inmediatamente a X y eliminar toda la Publicidad de Juegos Online del Programa. 4. Si una o todas las Licencias de Juegos Online se modifica de alguna manera, el Cliente debe informar inmediatamente a X y enviar una copia actualizada de la Licencia de Juegos Online lo antes posible, junto con una explicación de los cambios en la medida en que se relacionen con la publicidad de las actividades de Juego Online del Cliente en la Jurisdicción. 5. El Cliente debe informar a X inmediatamente si se convierte en objeto de cualquier decisión de cualquier autoridad legal o reguladora aplicable, o cualquier organismo de la industria, que pueda ser relevante para la Publicidad de Juegos Online. 6. El Cliente solo puede exhibir Publicidad de Juegos Online en las Jurisdicciones que se listan en el Anexo I. Si el Cliente intenta configurar su cuenta para dirigirse a otras Jurisdicciones, sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso que X pueda tener, X puede cancelar la cuenta del Cliente de inmediato. 7. El Cliente indemnizará y defenderá a X, sus agentes, afiliados, licenciantes, directores, funcionarios, empleados y socios ("Personas Indemnizadas de X") de y contra cualquier reclamación, pérdida, responsabilidad, gasto, daño e importes de liquidación (incluidos los honorarios y costos legales) incurridos por cualquier Persona Indemnizada de X que surja del incumplimiento por parte del Cliente o del agente del Cliente de estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos Online . 8. No se celebra ningún acuerdo vinculante hasta el momento en que X notifique al Cliente que su solicitud ha sido aceptada. X se reserva el derecho de cancelar la Publicidad de Juegos Online en cualquier momento de acuerdo con sus derechos establecidos en los Términos, o si decide dejar de incluir Publicidad de Juegos Online como parte del Programa. Customer further warrants, represents, and undertakes that: a. all Gambling Advertisements will comply with the terms of the gambling licence of which Customer is subject to and all applicable laws, regula;ons and any relevant codes of practice, in Customer’s State or Territory (“Gambling Licence”); b. the Gambling Advertisements do not relate to any ac;vi;es which cons;tute foreign gambling for the purposes of the applicable wagering or sports betting act; c. Customer holds a valid licence or other permission for its advertised gambling actvities, which is required by the applicable wagering or sports betting act in Customer’s State or Territory; and d. with respect to Customer’s gambling ac;vi;es, Customer will not invite, encourage, or permit under-eighteens to gamble (save to the extent permitted by Australian law) and will maintain appropriate age verifica;on systems and procedures, including: i. warning poten;al end users that underage gambling is an offence; ii. requiring end users to affirm that they are of legal age; iii. regularly reviewing its age verification systems; and iv. ensuring that relevant staff are properly trained in the use of age verification systems.

ADVERTISING STATE LOTTERIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS Customer’s participation in the Program is subject at all times to its acceptance of and compliance with the Terms and these additional Advertising State Lotteries Terms and Conditions (the “State Lotteries Terms”). A defined term used in these State Lotteries Terms, which is not defined herein, shall have the same meaning set forth in the Terms. “State Lotteries Advertisements” mean any advertisements for State Lotteries activities submitted to the Program by Customer pursuant to these Advertising State Lotteries Terms and Conditions. 1. 1. Customer further warrants, represents, and undertakes that: a. all State Lotteries Advertisements will comply with the terms of the State Lotteries license of which Customer is subject to and all applicable laws, including specific State regulations, bidding documents and applicable national and state regulations and laws; b. in cases when the State Lottery is operated by a private company the Advertisement must comply with the concession agreement license to third party to operate the service and further agreement terms between public and private agents, if applicable; c. in cases when the public administration is responsible for operating the State Lottery, the Advertisement program must follow the proper law terms and applicable legal acts related to investing in such campaigns on platforms or similar regulation. We take no responsibility to internal organization of the public administration as a customer in such case - including resource allocation, administrative matters or any issues related to liability of public servers according to national law; d. the State Lotteries Advertisement traded through the present terms do not relate to any further State Lottery agreement with X; e. Customer holds a valid license or other permission for its advertised State Lotteries activities, valid throughout the national territory; and f. with respect to Customer’s State Lotteries activities, Customer will ensure that the necessary measures are taken to guarantee that the State Lottery Advertisements are compliant to children and minors (under 18 years) rights, according to best national advertising practices. 2. If the State Lotteries License is terminated, Customer must immediately inform X and remove all State Lotteries Advertisements from the Program. 3. Customer must inform X immediately if it becomes the subject of any ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory, that may be relevant to the State Lotteries Advertisements. 4. Customer shall indemnify and defend X, its agents, affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees and partners ("X Indemnified Persons") from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and settlement amounts (including legal fees and costs) incurred by any X Indemnified Person(s) arising out of Customer’s or Customer’s agent’s breach of these Advertising State Lotteries Terms and Conditions. 5. No binding agreement is entered into until such time as X notifies Customer that its application has been accepted. X reserves the right to terminate the State Lotteries Advertisements at any time in accordance with its rights set out in the Terms, or if it otherwise decides to no longer include State Lotteries advertisements as part of the Program. 6. Customer expressly acknowledges the veracity, authenticity, integrity, validity and effectiveness of this instrument and its annexes, formed in digital format, and agrees to use and recognize as a valid expression of consent its signature in electronic format and/or by electronic certificates, including those using certificates not issued by icp-brasil, pursuant to art. 10, §2 of the Provisional Measure nº 2200-2, of August 24th, 2001. TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES DA PUBLICIDADE DE LOTERIAS ESTADUAIS A participação do Cliente no Programa está sempre sujeita à sua aceitação e conformidade com os Termos e estes Termos e Condições adicionais da Publicidade de Loterias Estaduais (os “Termos de Loterias Estaduais”). Um termo definido usado nestes Termos de Loterias Estaduais, que não esteja aqui definido, terá o mesmo significado estabelecido nos Termos. “Anúncios de Loterias Estaduais” significa quaisquer anúncios de atividades de Loterias Estaduais submetidos ao Programa pelo Cliente de acordo com estes Termos e Condições da Publicidade de Loterias Estaduais. 1. O Cliente também se compromete, representa e garante que: a. todos os Anúncios de Loterias Estaduais cumprirão os termos da licença de Loterias Estaduais à qual o Cliente está sujeito e todas as leis aplicáveis, incluindo regulamentos Estaduais específicos, documentos de licitação e regulamentos e leis nacionais e estaduais aplicáveis; b. nos casos em que a Loteria Estadual for operada por empresa privada, o Anúncio deverá observar a licença do contrato de concessão a terceiros para exploração do serviço e demais termos do contrato entre agentes públicos e privados, se aplicável; c. nos casos em que a administração pública seja responsável pela operação da Loteria Estadual, o programa do Anúncio deve seguir os termos da lei e os atos legais aplicáveis relacionados ao investimento em tais campanhas em plataformas ou regulamentação similar. Nós não nos responsabilizamos pela organização interna da administração pública como cliente em tal caso - incluindo acerca de alocação de recursos, questões administrativas ou quaisquer questões relacionadas à responsabilidade dos servidores públicos de acordo com a legislação nacional; d. o Anúncio de Loterias Estadual negociado através dos presentes termos não se relaciona a nenhum outro acordo de Loterias Estaduais com o X; e. O Cliente possui licença válida ou outra permissão para as atividades de Loterias Estaduais anunciadas, válidas em todo o território nacional; e f. em relação às atividades de Loterias Estaduais do Cliente, o Cliente garantirá que sejam tomadas as medidas necessárias para garantir que os Anúncios de Loterias Estaduais estejam em conformidade com os direitos de crianças e menores de idade (menores de 18 anos), de acordo com as melhores práticas de publicidade nacionais. 2. Se a Licença de Loterias Estaduais for encerrada, o Cliente deverá informar imediatamente o X e remover todos os Anúncios de Loterias Estaduais do Programa. 3. O Cliente deve informar o X imediatamente se for objeto de qualquer decisão legal ou regulamentar aplicável, que possa ser relevante para os Anúncios de Loterias Estaduais. 4. O Cliente deverá indenizar e defender o X, seus agentes, afiliados, licenciadores, diretores, executivos, funcionários e parceiros ("Pessoas Indenizadas do X") de e contra quaisquer reclamações, perdas, responsabilidades, despesas, danos e valores de liquidação (incluindo honorários advocatícios e custos) incorridos por qualquer Pessoa(s) Indenizada(s) do X decorrente(s) da violação do Cliente ou do agente do Cliente destes Termos e Condições da Publicidade de Loterias Estaduais. 5. Nenhum acordo vinculativo é celebrado até que o X notifique o Cliente de que sua inscrição foi aceita. O X reserva-se o direito de encerrar os Anúncios de Loterias Estaduais a qualquer momento, de acordo com seus direitos estabelecidos nos Termos, ou se de outra forma decidir não incluir mais anúncios de Loterias Estaduais como parte do Programa. 6. O Cliente reconhece expressamente a veracidade, autenticidade, integridade, validade e eficácia deste instrumento e seus anexos, formado em meio digital, e concorda em utilizar e reconhece como manifestação válida de anuência a sua assinatura em formato eletrônico e/ou por meio de certificados eletrônicos, inclusive os que utilizem certificados não emitidos pela icp- brasil, nos termos do art. 10, §2º, da medida provisória nº 2.200- 2, de 24 de agosto de 2001. If Customer runs any pay-to-play sport betting product (fantasy sports contests are considered a type of sport betting for the purpose of these Gambling Terms) and does not hold a Gambling License for this purpose, Customer further represents and warrants that Customer is not required by any Applicable Laws to hold a Gambling License to offer and advertise such product.
3. For the ad formats Timeline Takeover, Trend Takeover and Trend Takeover+, Customer understands that X currently does not offer an age gating or an in-country geo gating capability for these products, and Customer further warrants, represents and undertakes that all Gambling Advertisements shall nonetheless remain compliant with Applicable Laws and subject to the Gambling License. 4. If the Gambling License is terminated, Customer must immediately inform X and remove all Gambling Advertisements from the Program.
5. If the Gambling License is amended in any way, Customer must immediately inform X and send an updated copy of the license as soon as possible, together with an explanation of the changes in so far as they relate to the lawful advertising of Customer’s gambling activities in Canada.
6. Customer must inform X immediately if Customer becomes the subject of any investigation or ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory authority, or any industry regulatory body, that may be relevant to the Gambling Advertisements.
7. Customer is currently permitted to display Gambling Advertisements only within Canada and to the extent permitted by its Gambling License and Applicable Laws. If Customer attempts to set its account to target other jurisdictions, without prejudice to any other remedies that X may have, X may terminate Customer’s account immediately.
8. Customer shall indemnify and defend X, its agents, affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees and partners ("X Indemnified Persons") from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and settlement amounts (including legal fees and costs) incurred by any X Indemnified Person(s) arising out of Customer’s or Customer’s agent’s breach of these Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions. 9. No binding agreement is entered into until such time as X notifies Customer that its application has been accepted. X reserves the right to terminate the Gambling Advertisements at any time in accordance with its rights set out in the Terms, or if it otherwise decides to no longer include gambling advertisements as part of the Program.

The undersigned attests that they, the advertiser, do not directly offer gambling or betting services. Advertisers may, however, link or refer to authorized and legally operating gambling providers from their site.
The undersigned attests that they, the advertiser, do not offer daily fantasy sports.
The undersigned attests that they are not engaged in staked payment models based on player spending. Advertisers engaged in such payment models are prohibited from advertising on the platform.
Should the advertiser begin offering gambling or betting services directly, the advertiser commits to immediately notifying X and submitting a copy of a valid Gambling License authorized by the German governmental authority.
X TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GAMING ADS IN INDIA
These terms and conditions for gaming advertisements in India (“Gaming Ad Terms”) supplement the terms of (a) Twitter Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), (b) X Ads Program T & Cs (“Ad Program Terms”), and (c) all other terms and Policies incorporated or referenced in the MSA and Ad Program Terms (collectively “Terms”).
Your participation in the Program with respect to Gaming Ads is subject (at all times) to your acceptance of and compliance with the Terms and these Gaming Ad Terms. A capitalized term used but not defined in these Gaming Ad Terms will have the same meaning set forth in the Terms. “Gaming Ads” mean any advertisements for promoting gaming activities that you submit to the Program pursuant to these Gaming Ad Terms. In these Gaming Ads Terms, we also refer to you as “Customer”.
1. Your Gaming Ads
1.1 Subject to the Terms and Gaming Ad Terms, you may participate in the Program for serving Gaming Ads in India using X Services.
1.2 You must ensure that your Gaming Ads are submitted for X’s review and approval before they are served using X Services. When you submit your Gaming Ads for our review, you must inform us if you are promoting real-money/pay-to-play Games (“RMG”) or free-to-play Games, or both (through your Gaming Ads). Depending on the category (or categories) that the games that you want to promote (through the Gaming Ads) (“Games”) fall into, X may determine the stages of review that your Gaming Ads must go through (before being served).
1.3 If you represent to us that you’re promoting RMGs through your Gaming Ads, we may require you to submit additional documents and comply with additional obligations, as mentioned in the Terms, Gaming Ad Terms, and/or specified by us.
1.4 As a part of the review process for Gaming Ads, X may require you to submit these documents along with your Gaming Ads:
(a) Material for Gaming Ads, including (i) details of Games (that you may want to promote), (ii) Indian states or territories that you may want to target (for promoting Games), and (iii) URLs of your websites that offer or facilitate participation in Games;
(b) any licenses, notices, permits, authorizations, and registrations that are required under Law in connection with the Gaming Ads, their content, and the Games (collectively, “Licenses”);
(c) if your Gaming Ads promote RMGs, we may, in our sole discretion, ask you to submit a legal opinion from a reputed law firm that confirms the legality of the RMGs in the Indian states or territories that you wish to target (for your Gaming Ads); and
(d) a duly executed copy of these Gaming Ad Terms, and any other information and documents regarding your business or Games that we may ask you to share with us.
1.5 We may review the Material, Licenses, legal opinions, and any other information that you submit with a Gaming Ad. We may, in our sole discretion, approve or reject the Gaming Ad(s) that you submit under the Program, for one or more states or territories that you seek to target (for your Gaming Ads).
1.6 Our approval of Gaming Ads (pursuant to these Gaming Ad Terms) will be subject to any conditions we may specify. We may withdraw our approval at any time, with or without notice. Our approval is subject to you and Gaming Ads being compliant with the Terms, Gaming Ad Terms, and Law. We grant the approval without prejudice to our rights to review and reject Gaming Ads at our sole discretion. The approval of Gaming Ads does not mean that we (a) endorse the Gaming Ad content, or (b) verify or confirm that the Gaming Ad complies with the Terms, Gaming Ad Terms, or Law.
2. Your Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
2.1 your Gaming Ads comply with (a) applicable Laws which may include (i) gambling, prize competition and prize schemes, lottery, and consumer protection laws, (ii) judicial pronouncements, and directives, (iii) terms of Licenses (if any), (iv) the Advertising Standards Council of India’s code and guidelines, and (b) the Terms and these Gaming Ad Terms;
2.2 through your Gaming Ads, you are promoting and will promote (directly or indirectly, in any matter whatsoever) only the categories of Games (free-to-play games or RMGs) that X has reviewed and given specific approval for;
2.3 you are not prohibited under Law from offering or advertising the Games in the territories where you seek to offer or advertise the Games (under the Program). You also specifically represent and warrant that the RMGs (if any) that your Gaming Ads promote (directly or indirectly) are (a) considered skill-based in the targeted territories (where RMGs can be offered lawfully), or (b) offered and promoted in the targeted territories under a License (regardless of being skill-based or chance-based Games).
2.4 you have obtained Licenses (if any) required under Law for offering the Games in each territory where you seek to offer or advertise the Games, and the Licenses are valid and subsisting as on the date of signing of these Gaming Ad Terms; and
2.5 you are not a party or subject to any lawsuit, demand, proceeding, investigation, or regulatory inquiry with respect to the legality of your Games or Gaming Ads, and your Gaming Ads or Games are not suspected to be in violation of any Law.
3. Your Responsibilities
3.1 You must (a) ensure that your website (landing page and other pages), and your Gaming Ad content does not direct users to or show brands, logos, or any other details of any game that you have not submitted for our review, (b) only target those territories for Gaming Ads which we have approved, and (c) ensure that Games that the Gaming Ads promote are lawful. Also, if you represent to us that your Gaming Ads only promote free-to-play Games (and submit the Gaming Ads for our review accordingly), you will ensure that (a) any part of the Gaming Ad or URLs in the ad doesn’t promote, facilitate or provide any links to RMGs (in any form whatsoever), and (b) Games that the ad promotes can’t be categorized as unlawful prize competitions or prize schemes.
3.2 You must promptly notify X if any legislative or regulatory action or a judicial ruling poses a risk that the Games advertised or Gaming Ads served under the Program may become unlawful. X may, upon receiving the notification, discontinue serving the Gaming Ad under the Program.
3.3 If your License(s) (if any) to offer Games are terminated, amended, or renewed, you must immediately inform us and where applicable, send us an updated copy of the License as soon as possible. If your License is amended, you must also provide us an explanation of any changes that affect your ability to promote the Games.
3.4 The Gaming Ads which promote RMGs must:
(a) not invite, encourage, or permit users under 18 years of age to participate in RMGs. (b) You must not direct, target or address users under 18 years of age to/for such ads. (c) You will maintain appropriate age verification systems and procedures, including: (i) warning potential end users that minors are not allowed to participate, (ii) requiring end users to confirm that they are not minors, (iii) regularly reviewing your age verification systems, and (iv) ensuring that relevant staff is properly trained in the use of age verification systems. You acknowledge that this obligation applies irrespective of whether any age verification or targeting tools are made available by us for X Ads.
(b) include appropriate disclaimers required under Law.
(c) not depict the RMGs as an income opportunity or alternative employment option. Or suggest that any person who plays RMG is more successful than others.
(d) encourage responsible gaming by including messages in the Gaming Ads to invite players to play conscientiously and responsibly, inform them of the financial risk involved, and inform them that the Games may be addictive;
3.5 Your Gaming Ads content must also include other details which may be prescribed under specific gaming Laws (for gaming ads). These details may include the name, address, and website URL of a holder of a License, and details of the License.
3.6 You must notify us immediately if (a) any of your representations or warranties specified in these Gaming Ad Terms are no longer true or correct, or (b) if there is a material change in any information previously provided to us in connection with these Gaming Ad Terms (including on Licenses, the format and categories of Games, regulatory investigations, legal actions or otherwise).
3.7 You must promptly provide all reasonable co-operation and assistance to us in the event of any regulatory investigation or legal action relating wholly or partly to your Gaming Ads or Games.
3.8 Our approvals, suggestions, or any other action in connection with any Gaming Ad will not limit or impact any of your obligations under the Terms or these Gaming Ad Terms, including obligations relating to indemnification and compliance with Laws.
4. Termination
4.1 Under these Gaming Ad Terms, you are only permitted to display Gaming Ads within India. If you attempt to set your account to target other jurisdictions, without prejudice to any other remedies that X may have, X may terminate your account immediately.
4.2 X also reserves the right to discontinue hosting the Gaming Ads at any time in accordance with its rights set out in the Terms, or if it otherwise decides to no longer include Gaming Ads as part of the Program.
4.3 These Gaming Ad Terms will be co-terminus with the Terms, which means that a termination of the Terms will also terminate these Gaming Ad Terms.
5. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the X Entities from all Claims, that arise out of or in connection with (i) your Materials and/or your Gaming Ads, (ii) your or Authorized Users’ use of any Program, X Company system, or X Service, (iii) your website or application(s), or (iv) your or Authorized Users’ breach of any provisions of these Gaming Ad Terms. You are solely responsible for defending any Claim against a X Entity, subject to such X Entity’s right to participate with counsel of its own choosing, and for payment of all judgments, settlements, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from all Claims against a X Entity, provided that you will not agree to any settlement related to any Claims without such X Entity’s prior express written consent regardless of whether or not such settlement releases the applicable X Entity from any obligation or liability.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 No binding agreement is entered into until such time as X notifies you that your application for hosting Gaming Ads as a part of the Program has been accepted.
6.2 These Gaming Ad Terms will be read together with the Terms (as amended from time to time). All the provisions of the Terms (as amended from time to time) are incorporated in these Gaming Ad Terms by reference (with any necessary conforming changes).

ゲームに関する広告(以下「ゲーム広告」)の宣伝を通じたプログラム参加は、貴社がゲーム広告を購入する広告代理店と当社との間に締結されたマスターサービス同意書(以下「MSA」)ならびにプログラム規約の諸条項を受け入れ、遵守することが条件となります。本宣誓において定義されていない用語の定義はMSAの定義に準じるものとします。貴社はゲーム広告について、以下の表明を行うものとします。
貴社は、MSAおよびプログラム規約の対象となる自身のゲーム広告が、以下のいずれか1つに該当することを表明し、保証するものとします。
(a) 完全に無料で遊べるゲームである
(b) 1000円以下の賞品および消耗品の賞品のみを提供するゲーム
以下の署名者は、本宣伝宣誓書の諸条件に同意すること、ならびに貴社を代表して本宣伝宣誓書の条件を受け入れる正当な権限を保有することを表明し保証するものとします。
ADVERTISING GAMBLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS Customer’s participation in the Program is subject at all times to its acceptance of and compliance with the Terms and these additional Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions (the “Gambling Terms”). A defined term used in these Gambling Terms, which is not defined herein, shall have the same meaning set forth in the Terms. “Gambling Advertisements” mean any advertisements for gambling activities submitted to the Program by Customer pursuant to these Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions. 1. Customer further warrants, represents, and undertakes that: (a) all Gambling Advertisements will comply with the terms of the gambling licence of which Customer is subject to (and will send a copy of such license to X) and all applicable laws, regulations and any relevant codes of practice, in Customer’s State or Territory (the "Gambling License"); (b) Customer holds a valid license or other contractual permission for its advertised gambling activities related to official and/or national lotteries in Mexico as required by applicable laws in Customer´s State or Territory (also “Gambling License”) and (c) with respect to Customer’s gambling activities, Customer will encourage responsible gambling by including messages that invite players to play conscientiously or any others as may be required by applicable laws in Customer´s State or Territory for the primary purpose of entrainment; not invite, encourage, or permit under eighteens to gamble and will maintain appropriate age verification systems and procedures, including: i. warning potential end users that underage gambling is an offence; ii. requiring end users to affirm that they are of legal age; iii. Regularly reviewing its age verification systems; and iv. ensuring that relevant staff are properly trained in the use of age verification systems. 2. For the ad formats Trend Takeover and Trend Takeover+, Customer understands that X currently does not offer an age gating capability on these products (and further warrants, represents and undertakes that all Gambling Advertisements shall nonetheless remain compliant with applicable laws and subject to the Gambling License). X does not endorse nor support any actions in which the material on this product is used for purposes that extend beyond the Gambling License to which Customer is subject to and/or any other applicable laws. If the Gambling License is terminated, Customer must immediately inform X and remove all Gambling Advertisements from the Program. 4. If the Gambling License is amended in any way, Customer must immediately inform X and send an updated copy of the license as soon as possible, together with an explanation of the changes in so far as they relate to the advertising of Customer’s gambling activities lawfully in Mexico. 5. Customer must inform X immediately if it becomes the subject of any ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory authority, or any industry body, that may be relevant to the Gambling Advertisements. 6. Customer is currently only permitted to display Gambling Advertisements within Mexico. If Customer attempts to set its account to target other jurisdictions, without prejudice to any other remedies that X may have, X may terminate Customer’s account immediately. 7. Customer shall indemnify and defend X, its agents, affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees and partners ("X Indemnified Persons") from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and settlement amounts (including legal fees and costs) incurred by any X Indemnified Person(s) arising out of Customer’s or Customer’s agent’s breach of these Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions. 8. No binding agreement is entered into until such time as X notifies Customer that its application has been accepted. X reserves the right to terminate the Gambling Advertisements at any time in accordance with its rights set out in the Terms, or if it otherwise decides to no longer include gambling advertisements as part of the Program. TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE PUBLICIDAD DE JUEGOS Y SORTEOS La participación del Cliente en el Programa está sujeta en todo momento a su aceptación y cumplimiento de los Términos, así como de estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos adicionales (los "Términos de Juegos y Sorteos"). Un término definido y utilizado en estos Términos de Juegos y Sorteos, que no se defina en este documento, tendrá el mismo significado establecido en los Términos. "Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos" significa cualquier anuncio de actividades de juego y/o sorteos enviadas al Programa por el Cliente de conformidad con estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos. 1. Además, el Cliente garantiza, declara y se compromete a que: (a) toda la Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos cumplirá con los términos de la licencia a la que el Cliente está sujeto (y enviará una copia de dicha licencia a X) y todas las leyes, regulaciones y códigos relevantes aplicables, en el Estado o Territorio del Cliente (la "Licencia de Juegos y Sorteos"); (b) el Cliente cuenta con una licencia válida u otro permiso contractual para sus actividades de juegos y sorteos relacionadas con las loterías oficiales y/o nacionales en México tal y como lo requieren las leyes aplicables, en el estado o Territorio del Cliente (también “Licencia de Juegos y Sorteos”); y (c) con respecto a las actividades de juego y/o sorteo del Cliente, éste fomentará el juego responsable mediante la inclusión de mensajes que inviten a los jugadores a jugar a conciencia o cualquier otro mensaje según lo exijan las leyes aplicables en el Estado o Territorio del Cliente con el propósito principal de entretenimiento; no invitará, alentará o permitirá que los menores de dieciocho años jueguen y mantendrá sistemas y procedimientos apropiados de verificación de edad, que incluyan: i. advertir a los usuarios finales potenciales que el juego de menores de edad es una infracción grave; ii. exigir a los usuarios finales que afirmen que son mayores de edad; iii. revisar periódicamente sus sistemas de verificación de edad; y iv. asegurarse que el personal pertinente esté debidamente capacitado en el uso de los sistemas de verificación de la edad. 2. Para los formatos de anuncio Trend Takeover y Trend Takeover+, el Cliente entiende que X actualmente no ofrece una función de verificación de edad en estos productos (y además garantiza, declara y se compromete a que toda la Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos seguirá cumpliendo con las leyes aplicables y sujeta a la Licencia de Juegos y Sorteos). X no respalda ni apoya ninguna acción en la que el material de este producto se utilice para fines que se extiendan más allá de la Licencia de Juegos y Sorteos a la que el Cliente está sujeto y/o cualquier otra ley aplicable. El Cliente debe informar a X inmediatamente si se convierte en objeto de cualquier decisión de cualquier autoridad legal o reguladora aplicable, o cualquier organismo de la industria, que pueda ser relevante para la Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos. 6. Actualmente, el Cliente solo puede mostrar Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos dentro de México. Si el Cliente intenta configurar su cuenta para dirigirse a otras jurisdicciones, sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso que X pueda tener, X puede cancelar la cuenta del Cliente de inmediato. 7. El Cliente indemnizará y defenderá a X, sus agentes, afiliados, licenciantes, directores, funcionarios, empleados y socios ("Personas Indemnizadas de X") de y contra cualquier reclamación, pérdida, responsabilidad, gasto, daño e importes de liquidación (incluidos los honorarios y costos legales) incurridos por cualquier Persona Indemnizada de X que surja del incumplimiento por parte del Cliente o del agente del Cliente de estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos. 8. No se celebra ningún acuerdo vinculante hasta el momento en que X notifique al Cliente que su solicitud ha sido aceptada. X se reserva el derecho de cancelar la Publicidad de Juegos y Sorteos en cualquier momento de acuerdo con sus derechos establecidos en los Términos, o si decide dejar de incluir publicidad de juegos y/o sorteos como parte del Programa. ADVERTISING ATTESTATION
Customer’s participation in the Program is subject at all times to its acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions and with the terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement located at: https://legal.x.com/ads-terms.html (the “MSA”), between Customer or Customer’s advertising agency and Twitter Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd (referred to herein as “X”).
A term which is used but not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the MSA.
“Gambling Advertisements” means any advertisement(s) for gambling activities submitted to the Program by the Customer pursuant to these terms and conditions.
“Applicable Laws” mean any and all laws, rules policies and regulations, voluntary rules, and relevant codes of practice that apply to Customer’s gambling activities and Gambling Advertisements as displayed in any country, state, province, city and/or territory (the "Territory") to which Customer directs its Gambling Advertisements.
Customer represents, warrants and undertakes that:
Customer holds all requisite authorisation(s), license(s), approval(s) and/or permission(s) which may be required for its advertised gambling activities pursuant to Applicable Laws (collectively, “Approvals”) and all such Approvals are valid and subsisting;
all Gambling Advertisements will comply with the terms of such Approvals and with all Applicable Laws; and
With respect to Customer’s gambling activities, Customer will not invite, encourage or permit under-21 years old to gamble (save to the extent permitted by Philippines law) and will maintain appropriate age verification systems and procedures, including: i. warning potential end users that underage gambling is an offence; ii. Requiring end users to affirm that they are of legal age; iii. Regularly reviewing its age verification systems; and iv. ensuring that relevant staff are properly trained in the use of age verification systems.
If Customer’s Approvals are rescinded, terminated and/or otherwise lapse or expire, Customer shall immediately inform X and remove all Gambling Advertisements from the Program.
If Customer’s Approval(s) are amended in any way, Customer must immediately inform X and send an updated copy of the relevant Approval(s) as soon as possible, together with an explanation of the changes in so far as they relate to the advertising of Customer’s gambling activities lawfully in the Philippines.
Customer must inform X immediately if it becomes the subject of any ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory authority, or any industry body, that may be relevant to the Gambling Advertisements.
Customer is currently only permitted to display Gambling Advertisements within the Philippines. If Customer attempts to set its account to target other jurisdictions, without prejudice to any other remedies that X may have, X may terminate Customer’s account immediately.
Customer will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless X and each of its officers, directors, owners, shareholders, representatives, officials, employees, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, actions, judgments, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) brought by a third party arising out of or in connection with any breach or alleged breach of these Ts & Cs including of the representations and warranties set forth above.
No binding agreement is entered into until such time as X notifies Customer that its application has been accepted.
X reserves the right to terminate the Gambling Advertisements at any time in accordance with its rights set out in the MSA, or if it otherwise decides to no longer include gambling advertisements as part of the Program.
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS ADVERTISING ATTESTATION AS “CUSTOMER”, AND THE SIGNER BELOW HEREBY REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE IS DULY AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS ADVERTISING ATTESTATION ON BEHALF OF CUSTOMER.
ADVERTISING GAMBLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer’s participation in a Program is subject at all times to its acceptance of and compliance with X Master Services Agreement (“MSA") and these additional Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions (the “Gambling Terms”). A defined term used in these Gambling Terms, which is not defined herein, shall have the same meaning set forth in the MSA. “Gambling Advertisements” mean any advertisements for gambling activities submitted to the Program by Customer pursuant to these Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions.
1. In addition to those representation and warranties set out in the MSA, Customer further warrants, represents, and undertakes that: a. Customer has obtained and shall maintain during the duration of any relevant Program, a gambling license from appropriate regulatory authority which authorizes your Gambling Advertisements (“Gambling License”); b. all Gambling Advertisements will comply with the terms of the gambling licence of which Customer is subject to and all applicable laws, regulations and any relevant codes of practice, in the jurisdiction targeted by the Gambling Advertisements; c. the Gambling Advertisements do not relate to any activities which constitute foreign gambling for the purposes of the applicable wagering or sports betting act; d. Customer holds a valid licence or other permission for its gambling activities, advertised or otherwise, which may be required by the applicable wagering or sports betting act in the jurisdiction in which Customer maintains its registered headquarters; and e. with respect to Customer’s gambling activities, Customer will not invite, encourage, or permit minors to gamble (save to the extent permitted by the law applicable in the jurisdiction targeted by the Gambling Advertisements) and will maintain appropriate age verification systems and procedures, including: i. warning potential end users that underage gambling is an offence; ii. requiring end users to affirm that they are of legal age; iii. regularly reviewing its age verification systems; and iv. ensuring that relevant staff are properly trained in the use of age verification systems.
2. If Customer’s Gambling Licence is terminated, Customer must immediately inform X and remove all Gambling Advertisements from the Program.
3. If the Gambling Licence is amended in any way, Customer must immediately inform X and send an updated copy of the licence as soon as possible, together with an explanation of the changes in so far as they relate to the lawful advertising of Customer’s gambling activities.
4. Customer must inform X immediately if it becomes the subject of any ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory authority, or any industry body, that may be relevant to the Gambling Advertisements in the jurisdiction targeted by the Gambling Advertisements.
5. Customer is currently only permitted to display Gambling Advertisements within those jurisdictions in which it has legal authorization to do so and has provided X with evidence of such authorisation. If Customer attempts to set its account to target other jurisdictions, without prejudice to any other remedies that X may have, X may terminate Customer’s account immediately.
6. Without limitation to any other rights and remedies available to X pursuant to the MSA or otherwise, Customer shall indemnify and defend X, its agents, affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees and partners ("X Indemnified Persons") from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and settlement amounts (including legal fees and costs) incurred by any X Indemnified Person(s) arising out of Customer’s or Customer’s agent’s breach of these Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions.
7. No binding agreement is entered into until such time as X notifies Customer that its application has been accepted. X reserves the right to terminate the Gambling Advertisements at any time in accordance with its rights set out in the Terms, or if it otherwise decides to no longer include Gambling Advertisements as part of the Program.

A defined term used in these Gambling Terms, which is not defined herein, shall have the same meaning set forth in the Terms. “Gambling. Advertisements” mean any adver;sements for gambling activities submitted to the Program by Customer pursuant to these Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions.

Customer further warrants, represents, and undertakes that: a. all Gambling Advertisements will comply with the terms of the gambling licence of which Customer is subject to and all applicable laws, regulations and any relevant codes of practice, in Customer’s Province (“Gambling Licence”); b. the Gambling Adver;sements do not relate to any activties which constitute foreign gambling for the purposes of the applicable wagering or sports betting act; c. Customer holds a valid licence or other permission for its advertised gambling activities, which is required by the applicable wagering or sports betting act in Customer’s Province; and d. with respect to Customer’s gambling activities, Customer will not invite, encourage, or permit under eighteens to gamble (save to the extent permitted by South African law) and will maintain appropriate age verification systems and procedures, including: i. warning potential end users that underage gambling is anoffence; ii. requiring end users to affirm that they are of legal age; iii. regularly reviewing its age verification systems; and iv. ensuring that relevant staff are properly trained in the use of age verification systems.
2. If the Gambling Licence is terminated, Customer must immediately inform X and remove all Gambling Advertisements from the Program.
3. If the Gambling Licence is amended in any way, Customer must immediately inform X and send an updated copy of the licence as soon as possible, together with an explanation of the changes in so far as they relate to the advertising of Customer’s gambling activities lawfully in South Africa.
4. Customer must inform X immediately if it becomes the subject of any ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory authority, or any industry body, that may be relevant to the Gambling Advertisements.
5. Customer is currently only permitted to display Gambling Advertisements within South Africa. If Customer attempts to set its account to target other jurisdictions, without prejudice to any other remedies that X may have, X may termination Customer’s account immediately.
6. Customer shall indemnify and defend X, its agents, affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, employees and partners (“X Indemnified Persons”) from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and settlement amounts (including legal fees and costs) incurred by any X Indemnified Persons arising out ofCustomer’s or Customer’s agent’s breach of these Advertising Gambling Terms and Conditions.
7. No binding agreement is entered into until such time as X notifies Customer that its application has been accepted. X ADVERTISING ONLINE GAMBLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS URUGUAY Customer’s participation in the Program is subject at all times to its acceptance of and compliance with the Terms and these Advertising Online Gambling Terms and Conditions (the “Online Gambling Terms”). A defined term used in these Online Gambling Terms, which is not defined herein, shall have the same meaning set forth in the General Terms. “Online Gambling Advertisements” mean any advertisements including Online Gambling products and/or services (as defined below) submitted to the Program by Customer pursuant to these Advertising Online Gambling Terms and Conditions. 1. Customer further warrants, represents, and undertakes that: (a) all Online Gambling Advertisements shall obtain and comply with the terms of the Online Gambling license of which Customer is subject to and all applicable laws and regulations, in Uruguay (the “State”) where the Customer plans to launch its online products and services; (b) these Advertising Online Gambling Terms and Conditions will apply to any game of chance (where the participants generally cannot exercise dominant influence) that is played remotely through any electronic means of communication (the "Online Gambling"); e 2. For the ad formats Trend Takeover and Trend Takeover+, Customer understands that X currently does not offer an age gating capability on these products (and further warrants, represents and undertakes that all Online Gambling Advertisements shall nonetheless remain compliant with applicable laws of each State and subject to the Online Gambling License). X does not endorse nor support any actions in which the material on this product is used for purposes that extend beyond the Online Gambling License to which Customer is subject to and/or any other applicable laws. If an Online Gambling License is terminated in all or in one State, Customers must immediately inform X and remove all Online Gambling Advertisements from the Program. 4. If all or any of the Online Gambling License is amended in any way, Customer must immediately inform X and send an updated copy of the license as soon as possible, together with an explanation of the changes in so far as they relate to the advertising of Customer’s Online Gambling activities lawfully in the applicable State. 5. Customer must inform X immediately if it becomes the subject of any ruling by any applicable legal or regulatory authority, or any industry body, that may be relevant to the Online Gambling Advertisements. 6 . TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE PUBLICIDAD DE JUEGOS ONLINE DE X EN URUGUAY La participación del Cliente en el Programa está sujeta en todo momento a su aceptación y cumplimiento de los Términos, así como de estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos Online (los "Términos de Juegos Online "). Un término definido y utilizado en estos Términos de Juegos Online, que no se defina en este documento, tendrá el mismo significado establecido en los Términos Generales de Publicidad. "Publicidad de Juegos Online " significa cualquier anuncio de productos y/o servicios de juegos online (como se define a continuación), enviadas al Programa por el Cliente de conformidad con estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos Online. 1. El Cliente declara y garantiza que: (a) toda la Publicidad de Juegos Online obtendrá y cumplirá con los términos de la licencia a la que el Cliente está sujeto y con todas las leyes y regulaciones en Uruguay, (la Jurisdicción”) donde el Cliente provea sus productos y servicios de Juegos Online (la "Licencia de Juegos Online"); (b) estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos Online se aplicarán a cualquier juego de azar (donde los participantes generalmente no puedan ejercer una influencia dominante) que se juegue de forma remota a través de cualquier medio electrónico (el "Juego Online"); 2. Para los formatos de anuncio Trend Takeover y Trend Takeover+, el Cliente entiende que X actualmente no ofrece una función de verificación de edad en estos productos (y además garantiza, declara y se compromete a que toda la Publicidad de Juegos Online seguirá cumpliendo con las leyes aplicables de cada Jurisdiccion y sujeta a la Licencia de Juegos Online). X no respalda ni apoya ninguna acción en la que el material de este producto se utilice para fines que se extiendan más allá de la Licencia de Juegos Online a la que el Cliente está sujeto y/o cualquier otra ley aplicable. Si una o todas las Licencias de Juegos Online se modifica de alguna manera, el Cliente debe informar inmediatamente a X y enviar una copia actualizada de la Licencia de Juegos Online lo antes posible, junto con una explicación de los cambios en la medida en que se relacionen con la publicidad de las actividades de Juego Online del Cliente en la Jurisdicción. 5. El Cliente debe informar a Xinmediatamente si se convierte en objeto de cualquier decisión de cualquier autoridad legal o reguladora aplicable, o cualquier organismo de la industria, que pueda ser relevante para la Publicidad de Juegos Online. 6 . El Cliente indemnizará y defenderá a X, sus agentes, afiliados, licenciantes, directores, funcionarios, empleados y socios ("Personas Indemnizadas de X) de y contra cualquier reclamación, pérdida, responsabilidad, gasto, daño e importes de liquidación (incluidos los honorarios y costos legales) incurridos por cualquier Persona Indemnizada de X que surja del incumplimiento por parte del Cliente o del agente del Cliente de estos Términos y Condiciones de Publicidad de Juegos Online . 7. No se celebra ningún acuerdo vinculante hasta el momento en que X notifique al Cliente que su solicitud ha sido aceptada. X se reserva el derecho de cancelar la Publicidad de Juegos Online en cualquier momento de acuerdo con sus derechos establecidos en los Términos, o si decide dejar de incluir Publicidad de Juegos Online como parte del Programa.
