• Alcohol advertisers targeting Australia are permitted to use Spotlight Takeover, subject to restrictions, and are only allowed with prior authorization from X.

Brazil

• Alcohol advertisers targeting Brazil are permitted to use Spotlight Takeover, subject to restrictions, as long as alcoholic beverages promoted in the product have a strength less than 13%.

Japan

• Gambling advertisers targeting Japan are permitted to use Spotlight Takeover, subject to restrictions.
• Prior authorization from X is required.

Mexico

• Gambling advertisers are permitted to use this product, so long as they comply with the Mexico Gambling Policy.
• Alcohol advertisers targeting Mexico are permitted to use this product so long as they agree to our terms and conditions.

U.S.

• Daily Fantasy Sports advertisers are permitted to utilise Spotlight Takeover subject to the following restrictions:
  • Disclaimers about age and state eligibility requirements are required
  • Information on gambling addiction hotline is required
  • No minors should be depicted 
  • No unfair or misleading representations of winning

• Sports Betting advertisers are permitted to utilise Spotlight Takeover subject to the following restrictions
  • No ability to place a bet in ad or on the landing page
  • No minors should be depicted
  • No unfair or misleading representations of winning
  • Disclaimers stating that sports betting is not legal in states where prohibited must be present
